Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 (150 g) Turkey escalope
  • 1 TEASPOON grainy mustard
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Peel and wash the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes

  2. 2

Wash the parsley, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Wash the meat, dab dry and possibly tap flatter. Season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard. Spread half of the parsley on top. Roll up the meat and fix it with a wooden skewer. Peel and finely dice the onion. Wash and roughly dice the tomatoes

  3. 3

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the turkey rolls in it all around. Add onion, tomatoes and 2-3 tbsp. water if necessary. Cover and braise for 7-10 minutes.

  4. 4

Season the stewed tomatoes to taste. Finely chop the remaining parsley and stir in. Drain the potatoes. Arrange everything

  5. 5

Fish, such as plaice, goes very well with the stewed tomatoes. Season 2 fillets (à approx. 100 g), roll them up and cook them covered on the tomatoes for approx. 10 minutes
