Turkey pan with spring onions and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 200 g Turkey escalope
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 discs Bacon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 1 small banana
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into pieces. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into pieces. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes. Leave out bacon in a pan without fat and take it out.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it for about 4 minutes, turning. Add spring onions and fry them. Add the tomatoes. Deglaze with stock and season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Bring to the boil, stir in the sauce thickener and bring to the boil again briefly. Peel banana, cut into slices and fold in. Put bacon on the pan and garnish with parsley as desired.
