  • 1 can(s) (825 ml; drained weight: 550 g) Peach halves
  • 150 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 6 discs Whole grain toast
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 12 discs smoked turkey breast cold cuts (à approx. 25 g)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sunflower seeds

Directions

    Put the peaches on a sieve and let them drain. Remove the rind from the cheese and cut into slices. Roast bread in a toaster until golden brown. Wash the parsley, dab dry and remove the leaves. Spread the toast with mayonnaise. Spread the turkey breast cold cuts on the bread. Place peach slices on top. Cover with cheese slices. Sprinkle bread with sunflower seeds. Bake the bread in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) until the cheese begins to melt. Garnish with parsley leaves
