Banana-Orange-Muesli with wheat flakes

Ingredients

  • 1 small orange
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 30 g Wheat Flakes

Directions

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins.

    Peel and slice the banana and sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix the skimmed milk yoghurt and honey, mix with the wheat flakes and fruit in a bowl.
