Turkey escalope with tomato vegetables

Ingredients

  • 850 g Bottled tomatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 thin turkey breast
  • 4-8 leaves Sage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tomato seasoning salt
  • 75 e
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Peel and chop the onions. Rinse turkey escalopes cold and dab dry. Cut in half and put 1-2 sage leaves on each. Fry in hot oil on both sides for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Remove from the pan and keep warm. Steam onions in the frying fat until translucent. Add tomatoes and braise for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add the pepperoni. Season with tomato seasoning salt. Arrange turkey escalopes on top
