Soak the toast. Clean and wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets. Cover and cook in approx. 3/8 l boiling salted water for approx. 12 minutes. Then drain, catch the vegetable water
Roast 1 tablespoon sesame seeds in a coated pan without fat, remove. Knead turkey mix and squeezed toast. Shape into approx. 20 small oblong dumplings (nuggets). Roll in 4-5 tablespoons sesame seeds, press a little. Fry in hot oil at medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side
Peel and chop the onion. Fry in hot fat. Sweat curry and flour in it. Deglaze with vegetable water, milk and possibly cream. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat cabbage in it
Wash and chop the parsley. Dress everything. Sprinkle parsley and sesame seeds over the cauliflower. Fried or boiled potatoes taste good with it
