Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Peel the avocados and cut them from the core. Mash the avocado flesh in the fruit juice. Mix with the yoghurt, chopped onion and garlic. Season to taste with salt and ground chilli.
Chop and roast the almonds. Arrange turkey slices and avocado dip on plates. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve garnished with orange wedges and parsley leaves. Serve with fresh baquettes.
