Wash the grapes, dab dry, cut in half and remove seeds. Cut bacon into fine strips. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Cut meat into strips. Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy, take it out and put it aside for a moment.
Fry the mushrooms in the bacon fat, remove. Add oil and fry the meat until brown all around. Fold in the grapes and mushrooms and let it cook for a short time. Add the bacon cubes. Garnish with crème fraîche and parsley.
It goes well with rice.
