Ingredients

  • 800 g turkey breast (or goulash, e.g. "gypsy style"; available ready to buy)
  • 300 g Leeks (leek)
  • 400 ml clear broth (instant)
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS dark sauce thickener

    If necessary, drain the turkey strips and fry them in portions in a large pan for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, clean, wash and thinly slice the leek. Add the leek to the meat and fry. Take out.

    Deglaze the meat with stock and cream. Bring everything to the boil and thicken with sauce thickener. Add the meat again and let everything simmer for another 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the meat pieces). Rice tastes good with it

    Tip: If you don't get the ready-seasoned turkey strips, buy 800 g turkey breast fillet. Then cut the meat into strips or small pieces. Mix with 6 tablespoons of oil, 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika, pepper and 1 small, finely diced red pepper. Leave to stand for a few hours
