Turkey escalope with paprika sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 green, yellow and red peppers
  • 4 Turkey escalope (approx. 200 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1 TABLESPOON Paprika pulp
  • 1/2 bunch fresh or 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Peel the onion and cut it into sticks. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash the escalopes and dab dry. Rub with salt, pepper and paprika and fry in hot oil from both sides for about 5 minutes.

    Remove the schnitzel from the pan, wrap in aluminium foil and let it rest for a while. Add onion and paprika to the frying fat and fry. Add cream, stir in paprika paste and cook for about 5 minutes. Season sauce with salt, pepper and marjoram.
