Peppered turkey schnitzel

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small zucchini
  • 1 (100 g) Turkey escalope
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few leaves of thyme, marjoram and basil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) clotted cream

Directions

    Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the escalopes for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper

    Fry onion and vegetables for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash and chop the herbs, stir into the cream. Season to taste. Arrange everything with the herbal cream. Serve with rice.
