Wash the trout and dab dry. Peel garlic and cut into fine slices. Wash and dry lemons. Coarsely grate the peel. Wash herbs, dab dry and chop coarsely.
Mix garlic, lemon peel, salt, pepper and half of the herbs. Stuff the trouts with it. Place the fish on a piece of aluminium foil and sprinkle with the remaining herbs. Fold aluminium foil over the fish and at the ends.
Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes.
