Wash the fish fillet, cut into 3 pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash herbs and chop finely, except for some basil for garnishing.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic in it. Add paprika and steam briefly. Season with salt, pepper and lemon peel. Add tomatoes and herbs and cook for 5 minutes. Place the fish on top of the ratatouille.
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes. Arrange on plates and garnish with basil. Serve with baguette or rice.
