Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg baby potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Peel and finely dice onions. Drain potatoes, rinse, peel and halve. Boil up broth and onions. Add vinegar and oil, pour over the potatoes and leave to soak for about 30 minutes. Cut potatoes and marinade in thirds
