Wash the potatoes thoroughly, rubbing them with a sponge. Wash the lemon hot, dab dry and rub the peel. Halve lemon and squeeze juice. Mix lemon juice, zest, thyme, caraway, salt and pepper and marinate the potatoes in it for about 30 minutes. Cook everything in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 45 minutes. Arrange the potatoes on a plate and garnish with lemon and thyme
