Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Peel and finely dice onion. Mix tomato and onion cubes and salsa. Clean, wash and cut romaine lettuce into fine strips. Mix cream cheese and crème fraîche.
Spread each tortillas with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and dried parsley. Spread turkey breast cold cuts, salsa and salad strips on top. Roll them up tightly and chill for about 20 minutes. Carefully cut into approx. 3 cm thick slices and serve garnished with parsley
