Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8 small potatoes (about 300 g)
  • 125 g Chorizo (Spanish pepper sausage)
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 75–100 g Manchego cheese (piece)
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 2–3 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg

Directions

    Preparation Wash potatoes and cook for about 20 minutes. Quench and peel.

    Peel the skin off the sausage. Cut the sausage into slices. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Dice potatoes. Grate cheese. Wash and chop parsley. Whisk cream, milk, eggs and parsley.

    Season with salt and nutmeg.

    At the table, layer potatoes, sausage and peppers in the pans. Pour a little egg cream over them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake under the hot grill until the egg cream has set.
