Fast fillet of beef with gorgonzola and rocket

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Arugula
  • 600 g Fillet of beef
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 150 g creamy gorgonzola

Directions

    Clean, wash and spin dry the rocket. Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Preheat the grill of the oven.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan one after the other. Fry the meat for 2-3 minutes in 2 portions, turning each time, and place in an ovenproof dish.

    Add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar and mix everything with the meat. Cut the cheese into small pieces and spread it on the meat.

    Bake under the hot grill for 3-4 minutes. Take out, let cool down briefly and spread rocket on top. It goes well with farmhouse bread.
