Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water for about 11 minutes. In the meantime wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes and cut them crosswise into slices. Clean the rocket, wash and pat dry. Drain the mozzarella.
Mix vinegar, mustard and honey. Add the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the tortellini and let it drain. Halve the ham slices once lengthwise. Mix the tortellini, ham, tomatoes, mozzarella and rocket with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
