Ingredients

  • 250 g dried tortellini
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml; draw-off weight 175 g) Mandarin Oranges
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves and herb bouquets

Directions

    Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water for ten to twelve minutes, then drain. In the meantime defrost the peas. Drain the mandarins and collect the juice. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Cut ham into strips. Stir mayonnaise and four tablespoons of tangerine juice until smooth. Season to taste with salt, pepper and curry.

    Mix tortellini, peas, spring onions, ham and mandarins with the sauce. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Then season again. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Line the plate with salad leaves and arrange the tortellini salad on top. Sprinkle with chive rolls. Serve garnished with herbs
