Wash the rosemary and shake dry. Dab meat dry, season with salt and coarse pepper. Put 2 tablespoons of oil into 2 hot pans. Fry the meat for about 8 minutes, turning 1x. After about 4 minutes add rosemary
Remove the finished steaks from the pan, cover with foil and leave to rest for approx. 3 minutes. Arrange the steaks and sauce. Bread tastes good with it
