Sesame turkey steak with avocado-orange salsa

Ingredients

  • 100 g Sesame seed hulled
  • 50 g black sesame
  • 4 Turkey steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander
  • 2 Avocados (about 300 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 red onion

Directions

    Mixing sesame seeds. Dab meat dry. Brush steaks with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Turn steaks in sesame seeds, press well. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the steaks for about 12 minutes, turning them over at medium heat.

    Meanwhile, wash the coriander, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stems. Chop leaves finely. Cut avocados in half, remove seeds and peel the flesh. Cut the flesh into cubes and mix with lemon juice.

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins. Cut the fillets into pieces. Peel and finely dice the onion.

    Mix avocados, onion, oranges and coriander, season with salt and pepper. Remove the steaks from the pan and serve with salsa.
