Tomato salad with feta cheese and olives

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • some stem(s) Thyme
  • 4-5 Tbsp Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, some sugar
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 kg Shrub or beef tomatoes
  • 1 baby onion
  • 100 g black olives
  • 150 g Sheep's cheese or feta

Directions

    Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop coarsely. Mix with vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Add the oil

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into thin slices. Mix both with olives and marinade and leave to stand for about 30 minutes

    Crumble the cheese roughly. Season salad again and sprinkle with cheese. Baguette tastes good with it

    Drink: cold beer
