Ham and bread salad with parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 Organic Orange
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 discs (approx. 150 g) White bread
  • 50 g Arugula
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 30 g Parmesan
  • 30 g Parma ham

Directions

    Orange hot wash, dry, rub half of the peel off. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze the juice out of the parting skins and collect it.

    For the vinaigrette, mix orange juice, zest, vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar. Fold in the oil. Peel onion, dice finely and stir in.

    Roast bread in the toaster and cut into cubes. Clean, wash, spin dry and chop the rocket salad into smaller pieces. Wash, halve and slice the tomatoes. Slice Parmesan cheese into thin shavings with a peeler.

    Pluck the ham into small pieces. Mix all salad ingredients with the vinaigrette.
