Tomato-Mozzarella-Potato

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Potatoes (approx. 300 g each)
  • 3 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 (125 g each) balls of mozzarella cheese
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 40 g black olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and wrap them in aluminium foil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 hour. In the meantime clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella. Also cut into slices. Peel garlic and press it through the garlic press. Drizzle tomato and mozzarella slices with olive oil.

    Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Wash the basil, pluck the leaves and, except for a little bit for garnishing, chop if necessary. Stone olives as desired and cut into rings. Cover potatoes with prepared ingredients. Push them briefly under the hot grill until the cheese melts. Serve garnished with basil
