Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Whisk eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Season to taste with tomato paste. Grease a casserole dish with oil. Pour in egg mixture. Cover with aluminium foil. Leave to set in a hot water bath in the fat pan of the oven for about 30 minutes.

    Fall and roll the dice. Add to the hot broth. Garnish with basil.
