  • 1 Salad leaf (e.g. lollo rosso)
  • 50 g Radishes
  • 1 washer (45 g) Pumpernickel
  • 1 1/2 discs (25 g each) medieval Gouda cheese (3/4 fat level)

Directions

    Wash the salad and shake dry. Clean the radishes, wash them. Halve 1 radish, cut the remaining radishes into slices. Cover bread with lettuce leaf and cheese. Spread radishes on top and garnish with halved radish.
