Roast sunflower seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Remove the seeds from the melon, cut the flesh from the skin. Cut 3/4 melon into thin slices. Finely puree the rest and set aside
Wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash the cucumber and slice or cut it into fine slices. Clean and wash lettuce and pluck into pieces. Serve with cucumber, tomatoes and melon
Mix melon puree with oil, vinegar and honey. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over the salad. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over it
