Salad with melon and Parma ham

Ingredients

  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1/2 (approx. 600 g) Charentais or cantalup melon
  • 1 package (250 g/set-off weight: 150 g) Mozzarella balls
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground coloured pepper
  • 8 discs (approx. 100 g) Parma ham

Directions

    Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces. Peel, core and cut melon into pieces. Drain mozzarella balls. Pluck basil leaves from the stems and cut into strips.

    Mix vinegar, salt and pepper. Add oil and basil. Mix salad, melon, mozzarella and vinaigrette. Arrange salad with ham on a plate.
