Ingredients

  • 75 g pickled dried tomatoes (jar), 1 small onion
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Pine nuts
  • 2 Beds Cress
  • 500 g Curd (20 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Drain the tomatoes, dice finely. Peel and chop the onion. Roast the seeds, take them out. Cut off cress, wash if necessary, drain well. Mix everything with quark. Season.
