Tomato bread with ricotta, boiled ham and onion rings on a salad leaf

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Vine tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 discs (40 g each) Wholemeal bread
  • 4 TSP Ricotta cheese
  • 4 leaves Picking salad
  • 8 discs gossamer-soft cooked ham

Directions

    Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Spread slices of bread with ricotta and cover with salad. Place 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of onion rings on each bread.

    Season with some salt and pepper.
