2 Vine tomatoes
1 Onion
4 discs (40 g each) Wholemeal bread
4 TSP Ricotta cheese
4 leaves Picking salad
8 discs gossamer-soft cooked ham
Directions

Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Spread slices of bread with ricotta and cover with salad. Place 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of onion rings on each bread.
