Mix flour, salt and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. Warm milk and 125 ml water in a small pot lukewarm. Remove from the stove. Crumble the yeast into the milk and release it while stirring. Pour milk and oil on the flour and work into a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime chop the apricots coarsely. Knead the dough again with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Knead in oat flakes, raisins, apricots and hazelnuts. Form 8 sticks from the dough with well floured hands. Carefully press the underside into sunflower seeds and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with the remaining sunflower seeds. Leave to rise for a further 10-15 minutes in a warm place. Then bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool down on a grid. In the meantime, stir the curd and mineral water until smooth. Peel mandarins, peel off white skin. Divide fruits into slices.
