Chop the dried tomatoes and olives. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop, except for something to garnish. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press.
Crumble the feta and mix with olives, tomatoes and basil. Season with pepper and garlic. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Cut the rest of the basil half into strips. Cover slices of bread with cream and tomatoes and garnish with basil.
