Tomato and mozzarella skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 washer Toast
  • 1 small onion
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 (150 g) Bowl mini mozzarella balls
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Soak toast in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Squeeze the bread well. Knead with minced meat, onion, egg and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Form minced meat into small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls in two portions for 6-8 minutes while turning. Drain on kitchen paper and let cool down. Drain the mozzarella. Wash tomatoes and basil, dab dry. Put meatballs, mozzarella, tomatoes and basil leaves alternately on small skewers. Bread tastes good with them
