Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line baking tray with baking paper. Wash 650 g chicken fillet, dab dry and cut into 24 pieces. Season with pepper. Halve 12 bacon slices crosswise.
Wrap 1 half bacon around 1 chicken piece. Roll in approx. 100 g brown sugar and spread on the baking tray. Roast in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes.
