Stone the olives and cut them into small pieces. Peel onion and cut into fine cubes. Dice mozzarella as well. Wash the basil and cut into strips, except for a little garnish.
For the salad dressing mix vinegar with salt and pepper. Fold in the oil. Mix olives, onion, mozzarella and basil with the sauce
Wash the salad, drain and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the lettuce. Spread the salad dressing over the lettuce. Garnish with remaining basil
