  • 100 g Toblerone or brittle chocolate
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 package Pudding powder "chocolate"
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 fresh protein (Gr. M)

    Break the chocolate into pieces and chop roughly. Stir 70 ml milk, pudding powder and 2 tablespoons sugar until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the pudding powder and stir in approx

    Simmer for 1 minute

    Beat the egg whites until stiff, then pour in 1 tablespoon of sugar. Fold the chocolate first, then the beaten egg white into the hot pudding. Pour into 4 dessert glasses or a large bowl. Let it cool down
