  • 1 l Cranberry nectar
  • 1 l dry red wine
  • 4 Star Anise
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 6 Cardamom Capsules
  • 1/8 l Rum

Directions

    Boil up the cranberry nectar, red wine, star anise, cinnamon sticks and cardamom. Remove the pot from the stove and let the mulled wine steep in the closed pot for about 30 minutes. Pour the mulled wine through a sieve and collect it. Add rum and arrange in glasses
