Roughly chop Toblerone. Mix pudding powder, 1/8 litre milk and 40 g sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and remove from the stove. Stir in the pudding powder, place back on the stove and boil for at least 1 minute while stirring. Beat the egg whites with the whisks of the hand mixer until stiff, adding 20 g of sugar.
First add the Toblerone, then the beaten egg white to the hot pudding. Pour immediately into the portion jars or a large bowl. Leave to cool and, if necessary, put in a cool place until serving. Slightly whipped cream tastes good with it
