Kale chips with macadamia nuts

Ingredients

  • 200 g Kale
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 25 g Macadamia nut kernels

    Clean, wash and pluck the kale into large pieces. Mix kale and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and paprika. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 125 °C/ circulating air: 100 °C/ gas: see
