Clean, wash and pluck the kale into large pieces. Mix kale and olive oil in a bowl. Season with salt and paprika. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 125 °C/ circulating air: 100 °C/ gas: see
manufacturer) Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
Chop nuts. Remove the kale from the oven and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
