Toast with remoulade, parma, roasted peppers, basil and parmesan

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 80 g roasted peppers (glass)
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 4 discs Toast bread (approx. 25 g each)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Remoulade
  • 8 discs Parma ham (about 15 g each)
  • 25 g sliced parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cut the peppers smaller. Wash the basil, dab dry and remove the leaves. Heat half the butter in a large pan. Fry 2 slices of toast in it until crispy, take them out. Heat the rest of the butter in the pan, fry 2 more slices of toast until crispy, remove.

    Spread each toast with 1 tbsp. remoulade. Cover each with a little roasted paprika and 2 slices of ham. Sprinkle with parmesan and basil
