Ingredients

  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 l Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON pink peppercorns
  • 3 Twigs Thyme

Directions

    Peel and slice the garlic. Heat 8 tablespoons of oil. Steam garlic and pepper in it at low heat for about 5 minutes. Wash the thyme and dab dry. Mix remaining oil and garlic oil and pour into a clean bottle. Add thyme. Close tightly and leave to stand for at least 1 week
