Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON Pine nuts
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Pesto seasoning paste (by Fuchs)
  • 3 packages (200 g each) Brunch (Mild spread of fresh cream)
  • 75 g Sheep's cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame Paste (Tahin)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON black sesame
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cream of real salmon (v. Abba)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Trout caviar

Directions

    Roast and chop the pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Wash and chop the basil. Mix pine nuts, basil and pesto with 1 pack of spread. Finely dice the feta cheese. Mix 1 pack of spread with feta cheese, sesame paste and sesame seeds. Mix the remaining spread with salmon cream and caviar. Form into balls and place in cuffs
