Put 250 g flour, baking powder, sugar, vanillin sugar, spice, fat and 1 egg in a bowl. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then briefly smooth it with your hands. Cover the dough and leave it to cool for about 1 hour
For the stencils:
Draws 1 large (20 cm) and 1 small teddy (15 cm) on cardboard, cuts them out
Lay out a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven: Electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2). Roll out the dough on a little flour to a thickness of approx. 1/2 cm. Place the templates on top, cut out 2 large and 4 small teddies. Put them on the baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down. Put the glaze in the bag in hot water for 10 minutes.
For the icing, beat 1 egg white, lemon juice and 150 g icing sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer until thick and creamy. Put 2 tablespoons of icing in a freezer bag. Spread 1 large and 2 small teddy bears with the rest of the icing, place 2 chocolate lentils on each as eyes and sprinkle with coconut flakes. Let the icing dry
Cut open the bag of glaze and spread it on the other teddies. Put the remaining lenses as eyes on top and sprinkle the teddy bears with chocolate rolls. Let the glaze dry well. Knead marzipan and 2-3 tbsp. icing sugar and colour it red with food colouring. Roll it out thinly between 2 layers of foil
Cut 2 large and 4 small caps and form 6 bows from the rest. Cut a small corner from the freezer bag with the icing. Stick the caps and bows with a few drops of icing on the teddy bears. Decorate them with the rest of the icing, sugar writing and pearls
