Bites of winter radish with salmon

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 black radish (approx. 250 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 150 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 discs Smoked salmon (about 15 g each)
  • 6 Tl Salmon caviar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Disposable piping bag
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash the radish and brush it thoroughly under running water. Cut the radish into 12 very thin, even slices. Place the slices in a bowl, mix with 1 tbsp. salt and leave to stand for approx. 1 hour

    Place radish slices in a sieve, rinse thoroughly and dab dry. Wash the dill, shake dry. Pluck little flags from the stalks, except for something to garnish, chop, mix with sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Cut smoked salmon into fine strips

    Put the sour cream in a piping bag, cut off a small corner. Fold up two sides of the radish slices and pin them with a wooden skewer. Spray some cream into the middle of each slice. Place a few salmon strips and some caviar on each slice, arrange on plates, garnish with dill
