Ingredients

Servings: 50
  • 75 g soft butter/margarine
  • 1 pinch salt, 50 g sugar
  • 2 packages Vanillin sugar
  • 3 TSP according to anise, 1 egg (Gr. M)
  • 125 g flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 TABLESPOONS milk, about 25 almonds each
  • 7-10 Tbsp and hazelnuts
  • 1 TABLESPOON Icing sugar, baking paper

Directions

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cream fat, salt, sugar, vanillin sugar and aniseed. Stir in the egg. Mix flour and baking powder, stir in alternately with the milk

    Pour into a piping bag with a large perforated spout. Spray approx. 50 walnut-sized dots onto the sheet. Press 1 almond or hazelnut into each spot. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 175 °C / convection oven: 150 °C / gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes. Let it cool down and dust with icing sugar
