Drain the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Peel kiwis, cut them into slices and possibly quarter them. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins. Mix fruit, vanilla sugar and liqueur and pour into dessert glasses.
Add 2 scoops of ice cream to each. Beat cream and sugar until stiff. Pour into a piping bag with star-shaped spout. Decorate the ice cream with cream pats. Serve sprinkled with grated chocolate
