  • 200 ml Tangerine juice (from 3-4 mandarins)
  • 75 ml Limoncello (Italian lemon liqueur)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON demerara sugar
  • 500 ml chilled prosecco
  • 4 Straws

Directions

    Mix the juice with limoncello and lemon juice. Mix with sugar and pour into four bulbous glasses (approx. 250 ml each). Carefully fill up with Prosecco and serve immediately with a straw.
