  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 750 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 3 TABLESPOONS triple-concentrated tomato puree
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tin(s) (400 g; part weight 280 g) "Mexiko-Mix"
  • 100 g Gouda cheese
  • 50 g tortilla chips

Directions

    Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the onion. Add minced meat and garlic and fry for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and paprika. Then add tomato paste and ketchup and pour 150 ml water on top. Simmer again for another 5 minutes.

    Drain the vegetables in a sieve and add them to the mince. After about 3 minutes, put the minced meat into an ovenproof dish or casserole dish. Grate the cheese. Put tortilla chips into the mince and spread the cheese on top. Place the mould on the lower shelf in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3). gratinate taco pan for 8-10 minutes
