Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut broccoli into small florets, peppers into strips. Wash the meat, also cut into strips. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
In the meantime heat oil in a wok. Fry the meat in it over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add cashews, fry briefly and take aside. Add vegetables to the frying fat and fry for 3 minutes.
Season with salt, soy sauce and sambal oelek, add stock and bring to the boil. Add meat mixture again, season again. Serve with the noodles in portions.
